Import Excel in three simple steps

In three simple steps you import your Excel sheet into the cloud where you can manage it with multiple simultaneous users. You can add the users that need to access the information either in read mode or in full change mode, they will be able to login with their personal account and password. For extra secret access you can use two-factor authentication or configure that you can only login from certain fixed locations. The three simple steps are explained below. If you want to have the ultimate service you can also send the Excel sheet to the customer services and they will manage everything for you.
Register easy. Choose a system name, username and password and validate your email address after which you can immediately login. Optionally you can add your payment method. The first month is for free so you can test if first before deciding to really start using it.
Choose the Excel sheet you want to import. You can import one sheet at the time. If you want to import multiple sheets you simply reiterate the import action. To be able to import you convert the Excel sheet to csv format with a comma as separator.
You can now use the system instantly. If you choose too, you can use the design tool to change column names, field types, automatically generated references (that help you standardize inputs) and the columns that are visible in the overview screen. You can leave it on default and change the settings at a later stage. Now you can add the users that need to have access to the data. You are the system manager of this system but you can also enable other users to be the system manager for you. They will be invited by the email address that you fill in and receive instructions to access raplico.com after which they can create their own password. Nothing is blocking you now to start using the cloud service with the users that are invited.
